MANDATORY NOTICE: Use of Authority services, checkpoint passage, and residence within protected zones constitutes automatic and irrevocable consent to all data collection, monitoring, and surveillance practices outlined below. There are no opt-out provisions. Non-compliance may result in travel restrictions or zone expulsion.

1. Information We Collect

The Authority collects, processes, and indefinitely retains all information necessary for security operations, population management, and threat prevention. This includes but is not limited to:
