MANDATORY NOTICE: Use of Authority services, checkpoint passage, and residence within protected zones constitutes automatic and irrevocable consent to all data collection, monitoring, and surveillance practices outlined below. There are no opt-out provisions. Non-compliance may result in travel restrictions or zone expulsion.
1. Information We Collect
The Authority collects, processes, and indefinitely retains all information necessary for security operations, population management, and threat prevention. This includes but is not limited to:
1.1 Biometric Data (Mandatory)
- Fingerprints (all ten fingers, palm prints)
- Facial geometry and recognition markers
- Iris and retinal scans
- Voice patterns and analysis
- Gait analysis and movement patterns
- DNA samples (collected during medical clearances)
- Dental records
Retention: Permanent. Biometric data is never deleted and is shared across all Authority databases and partner agencies.
1.2 Location and Movement Tracking
- All checkpoint passages (date, time, location, direction)
- Travel routes and patterns
- Residence history and current location
- Vehicle movements (if applicable)
- Duration of stay in each zone
- Frequency of travel between zones
Note: All protected zones maintain continuous surveillance infrastructure. Your movements within zones are monitored via camera networks, checkpoint records, and registered residence data.
1.3 Personal and Family Information
- Full legal name, aliases, previous names
- Date and place of birth
- Family members, relationships, associates
- Employment history and current occupation
- Educational background
- Medical history (complete records)
- Criminal history, arrests, detentions
- Financial records, income, assets
- Known associates and social networks
1.4 Communications Monitoring
All communications within and between protected zones are subject to monitoring and recording:
- Written correspondence (physical mail inspection)
- Electronic communications (if available in your zone)
- Conversations at checkpoints (audio/video recording)
- Public statements and gatherings
Legal Authority: Security Preservation Act 2042, Section 12 - "No expectation of privacy exists for communications that may relate to security threats, contraband, or unauthorized activity."
1.5 Behavioral Analysis
The Authority employs continuous behavioral monitoring systems:
- Checkpoint interaction analysis (nervousness, evasion, inconsistent answers)
- Pattern recognition (unusual travel, unexplained absences)
- Social network analysis (association with flagged individuals)
- Financial behavior (unexplained income changes, large transactions)
- Anomaly detection (deviation from established behavior patterns)
2. How We Use Your Information
Collected data is used for, but not limited to:
2.1 Security and Threat Prevention
- Identification of potential security threats
- Detection of forged documents and identity fraud
- Tracking of known criminals and fugitives
- Investigation of suspicious activity
- Pre-emptive intervention in potential incidents
2.2 Population Management
- Census and demographic tracking
- Resource allocation planning
- Zone capacity management
- Employment tracking and assignment
- Health monitoring and epidemic prevention
2.3 Predictive Analysis
Your data may be used in automated risk assessment systems that predict:
- Likelihood of document fraud

- Risk to zone security
- Compliance with Authority regulations
Note: Automated risk scores may affect checkpoint processing times, travel permit approval, and zone access. You do not have the right to review or challenge your risk assessment.
3. Information Sharing
The Authority shares your information freely with:

- All regional command centers
- Central Administration and security agencies
- Local zone governance councils
- Military and defense agencies
- Law enforcement departments
- Health and medical authorities
3.2 Employers and Zone Officials
Current and prospective employers may access:
- Criminal history
- Travel patterns and reliability
- Risk assessment scores
- Medical clearance status
3.3 International Sharing
While international travel is severely restricted, The Authority may share data with any entity deemed necessary for security purposes, including non-governmental organizations conducting security research.
4. Surveillance and Monitoring
4.1 Checkpoint Surveillance
All checkpoint facilities are equipped with:
- High-definition video surveillance (continuous recording)
- Audio recording equipment (all interactions recorded)
- Facial recognition systems (automatic identification)
- Document scanning and authentication technology
- Behavioral analysis systems
Retention: All checkpoint recordings are retained for a minimum of 10 years and may be retained indefinitely for flagged individuals.
4.2 Zone Surveillance
Protected zones maintain comprehensive surveillance infrastructure:
- Public space camera networks
- Residential area monitoring (external)
- Workplace monitoring (as required by employers)
- Transportation hub surveillance
5. Your "Rights" (Limited)
5.1 Right to Compliant Behavior
You have the right to comply fully with all Authority requirements and thereby avoid penalties, detention, or zone expulsion.
5.2 No Right to Deletion
You do NOT have the right to:
- Request deletion of your data
- Opt out of data collection
- Refuse biometric data collection
- Limit surveillance
- Challenge automated decisions
- Access your complete file (classified portions exist)
5.3 Limited Access Rights
You may request access to portions of your file by:
- Submitting Form AR-902 (Data Access Request)
- Paying processing fee ($150)
- Waiting 90-120 business days for review
- Accepting that sensitive, classified, or security-related information will be redacted
Note: Requesting access to your file may trigger additional security reviews and monitoring.
6. Data Security
The Authority employs security measures to protect data from unauthorized access by non-governmental entities. However:
- No data is protected from Authority access
- Security breaches are not publicly disclosed
- You will not be notified if your data is compromised
- The Authority is not liable for any consequences of data breaches
7. Children's Information
Children are subject to the same data collection requirements as adults:
- Biometric data collected from birth
- Continuous monitoring throughout childhood
- Educational records integrated into Authority databases
- Medical history and vaccinations tracked
Parents/guardians have no right to refuse data collection for minors. Refusal will result in denial of zone residence.

9. Penalties for Non-Compliance
Attempting to evade or interfere with data collection may result in:

- Fines up to $10,000
- Criminal charges (up to 5 years detention)
- Permanent flagging in Authority systems
10. Changes to This Policy
The Authority may modify this privacy policy at any time without notice. Your continued residence in protected zones or use of checkpoint services constitutes acceptance of all changes.
