In-Person Visits

Walk-in services are available at all regional command centers and major checkpoint facilities during business hours (Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM). Please bring valid identification.

Note: All Authority facilities operate under enhanced security protocols. Weapons, contraband, and unauthorized recording devices are prohibited. All visitors subject to screening.

Feedback & Complaints

The Authority values feedback from travelers and employees. To file a formal complaint or provide feedback:

  1. Download and complete Form AR-801 (Complaint/Feedback Form)
  2. Include all relevant details: checkpoint number, date, time, officer name (if applicable)
  3. Submit via email to complaints@authority-official.com or mail to Central Administration
  4. Complaints are reviewed within 14 business days
  5. You will receive a case number and status updates via email
