What We Cannot Help With
The Traveler Assistance Program has limitations. We cannot:
- Override inspector decisions or crossing denials
- Guarantee permit application approval
- Expedite processing beyond standard timelines (except through official expedited service)
- Provide legal advice or representation
- Complete forms or applications on your behalf
- Accept bribes or unofficial payments
- Provide authorization for travelers who don't meet requirements
- Intervene in active criminal investigations
Our role is guidance and support, not authorization. Final crossing decisions rest with checkpoint inspectors and Authority leadership, based on documentation validity and security assessments.
